One payment, many settlements.

Onboard sellers with BVN and document checks, collect from buyers on every rail, split each order at settlement, take your fee, and pay sellers and riders on the schedule you set.

One ₦30,000 order split 80 / 15 / 5 at settlement. Illustrative data.

The rail mix

Buyers pay however they like. Every share settles the same way.

Marketplace buyers pay by bank transfer, QR and wallets, and some pay at an agent or in person; cards, USSD and mobile money are on the way. Whatever the rail, the payment lands on one object, the split is applied to the receipt, and each party is settled from it.

Every rail can carry a marketplace payment. Cards, USSD, mobile money and agent cash are Coming.

Onboard sellers

Sellers verify themselves, and payouts switch on as checks pass.

Create a seller with your platform key and send them a hosted verification link. They enter their BVN, take a selfie, upload an ID document and add a bank account, which is checked by name enquiry. You see what is still due for each seller, and each verification tier sets how much that seller may receive and withdraw.

Split and pay out

Every party is paid its share, on the schedule you set.

Define a split once (percentages or fixed amounts, who bears the fees, where any remainder goes) and apply it by code to payments, links, invoices and subscriptions, overriding a share on a single order when you need to. Sellers settle T+1 by default or instantly on request, and riders and suppliers can be paid by single or bulk transfer with name enquiry and approvals.

Hold until delivery Coming

Buyers pay upfront because the money waits for delivery.

With escrow, the buyer pays on any permitted rail and the money is held, visible to the seller but out of their balance. The seller claims delivery; the buyer approves by link, SMS code or at an agent counter (USSD coming), or the notice window passes under the release policy you choose. An objection opens a case decided on the evidence, never by the seller.

Questions marketplaces ask

Who is the merchant of record?
It depends on the model you choose. With direct charges the seller uses its own key and you take a platform fee. With destination charges you collect on the seller's behalf, the seller is the merchant of record and settles, and you take your fee. With separate charges and transfers you collect and then transfer to one or more sellers. You can also attach a split to any payment.
Can sellers be paid instantly?
Yes. Sellers settle T+1 by default, and an instant payout can be requested per seller; instant payouts are priced separately. Your platform fee is taken out before the seller's settlement.
How do you verify sellers?
Through a hosted link you send each seller: BVN, a selfie check, an ID document and a bank account confirmed by name enquiry, with business documents such as a CAC certificate where the seller is a company. Each seller's requirements and deadlines are visible to you, and the tier the seller reaches caps what it can receive and withdraw.
What happens to a split when an order is refunded or disputed?
A refund pulls back from each party in proportion to its share, unless the split says your platform bears refunds. When a dispute opens, the amount is held until the outcome; if it is won the hold is released, and if it is lost the amount is debited.
What if a seller is suspended while an order is in flight?
Their share is routed to the remainder party you named on the split, usually your platform, and flagged on the payment so you can settle it once the seller is reinstated.
